PacificAir.com

pacificair.com — Asia-Pacific travel guides: eight countries, sixty-nine cities, and the departure boards that get you there.

What it is

A travel guide to the Asia-Pacific built the way I actually plan a trip: start from the flight, then the city, then what is worth doing once you land. It covers Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia and Taiwan across 69 cities.

Each destination gets visual poster guides, curated YouTube video, tourist maps, and hotel coverage — the aim being a page you can read before a trip and still want open during it.

The departure boards

The front page is a live-styled departure board for the ten airports that actually matter for this region: Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Taipei (TPE), Tokyo Narita (NRT), Tokyo Haneda (HND), Hong Kong (HKG), Bangkok (BKK), Singapore (SIN), Kuala Lumpur (KUL) and Seoul (ICN).

One honest caveat that the site itself states plainly: these are real published schedules, verified against the airport clock — not live delay data. It tells you what is scheduled to leave and when, which is the part that is useful when planning.

Scale

1,337 pages across eight country guides and sixty-nine city guides.
